1. Research use only
All products sold by Pepidyn are intended exclusively for in vitro laboratory research, scientific investigation, and analytical reference standards. Products are not for:
- Human consumption, injection, ingestion, or topical use
- Veterinary or animal use
- Diagnostic, therapeutic, or prophylactic use
- Resale to consumers or unqualified parties
- Compounding into preparations administered to humans or animals
2. No medical claims
Pepidyn makes no claims that any product treats, cures, mitigates, prevents, or diagnoses any disease, condition, or symptom. Product descriptions reference mechanism of action and peer-reviewed research solely for educational and reference purposes for qualified researchers.
Where Pepidyn references published studies, those references are provided for scientific context only and do not constitute medical advice, recommendation, or endorsement for human use.
3. Regulatory status
Products sold by Pepidyn are not FDA-approved for human or veterinary use unless explicitly noted as an approved drug (in which case sale requires a valid prescription, which Pepidyn does not dispense). - Medical, clinical, or veterinary advice

6. Limitation of liability
