Terms of Service
These Terms govern your use of pepidyn.com and the purchase of research compounds from Pepidyn. By using this site, you agree to them in full.
1. Acceptance
By accessing or using pepidyn.com, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, and our Research Disclaimer. If you do not agree, do not use the site.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 21 years of age and a qualified researcher, licensed professional, or authorized institutional representative to place an order. You represent these qualifications at checkout.
3. Products and orders
3.1 Research use only
All products are sold subject to the Research Disclaimer, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms.
3.2 Pricing and availability
Prices are displayed in U.S. dollars but settled in cryptocurrency at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of checkout. Prices and availability may change without notice. We reserve the right to limit quantities and decline orders.
3.3 Order acceptance
Your order constitutes an offer to buy. We accept the order when payment is confirmed on-chain and we initiate shipment. We may decline any order at our discretion, including but not limited to shipping restrictions, suspected misuse, or compliance concerns.
4. Payment
Pepidyn accepts only cryptocurrency: Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), Tether (USDT on TRC20 or ERC20), and USD Coin (USDC). See Why Crypto Payment for context.
Once an order is paid and shipped, all sales are final unless covered by the refund policy below.
5. Shipping
We ship discreetly worldwide except where prohibited by local law or our shipping policy. Customers are responsible for receipt at the address provided. Pepidyn is not liable for losses arising from incorrect addresses, customs seizures, or local restrictions.

6. Refunds and returns
Due to the nature of research compounds, products are non-returnable once shipped except in the following cases:
- Damaged in transit: notify us within 7 days of delivery with photos. Replacement shipped at our cost.
- Wrong product shipped: notify within 7 days. Replacement or refund issued.
- Order cancellation before shipping: full refund in the original cryptocurrency.
- Unopened, in original packaging: refundable within 14 days of delivery, less shipping costs.
Refunds are issued in the same cryptocurrency used for payment to a wallet address you specify.
7. Intellectual property
All site content — including the Pepidyn name, logo, packaging design, product photography, and written content — is the property of Pepidyn and protected by trademark and copyright. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content commercially without written permission.
8. Prohibited use
You may not:
- Use the site or products in violation of any law
- Resell products to consumers or unqualified parties
- Compound products into preparations for human use
- Misrepresent Pepidyn products as approved drugs or supplements
- Attempt to circumvent our payment, shipping, or geographic restrictions
9. Disclaimer of warranties
The site and products are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, except as explicitly stated. Pepidyn does not warrant that products are fit for any particular use, including human consumption.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pepidyn's total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or your purchase is limited to the amount you paid for the products in the transaction at issue.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Pepidyn is incorporated. Any dispute will be resolved by binding arbitration in that jurisdiction.
12. Changes
We may update these Terms at any time. The effective date appears at the top. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
