Plain packaging
No Pepidyn branding on the outside. Generic shipping label, no return address tied to the brand.
Tamper-evident inner
Holographic seals inside. If the outer is opened, the inner package shows it.
Worldwide reach
USPS Priority, DHL, FedEx, EMS depending on destination. Tracking number issued at shipment.
Cold-chain when needed
Lyophilized peptides are stable at room temperature for transit. Where local heat is a concern we add insulation.

Restrictions
Some products and destinations have regulatory or operational restrictions. We'll never charge you for an order we can't ship.
We do not ship to: Russia, Belarus, Iran, Syria, North Korea (sanctions / operational), and any UN-sanctioned destinations.
Limited shipping to: Australia (TGA restrictions), UAE, Singapore, South Korea (case-by-case). Certain SKUs may be unavailable.
Melanotan II is not shipped to the UK, Germany, Netherlands, Ireland, or Australia.
GLP-1 compounds (Semaglutide, Tirzepatide, Retatrutide) may be unavailable for shipping to Australia.

What happens if a package goes missing
Tracking shows delivered but you didn't get it? Email us within 7 days at [email protected] with your order number. We'll file a carrier claim and ship a replacement at no cost while we resolve it.
International customs seizure is rare but possible. If your package is seized, we'll send a one-time reshipment at our cost. After the second seizure, we'll work with you to find a different route.
Insurance is included on every order.
