You pay a fixed dollar amount using an app on your phone. It’s private, so nothing about your order shows up on a bank or card statement. Never done this before? That’s completely fine — we show you exactly what to do, and a real person is one message away.

Pay in 3 easy steps
1. Get the app
Download Cash App or Coinbase (both free) and buy the exact dollar amount with your debit card. It takes a couple of minutes.
2. Scan and send
At checkout, tap Send and scan the QR code. It fills in everything for you, so you can't get the amount wrong.
3. That's it
Your order page updates on its own once the payment goes through — usually within a few minutes. Nothing else to do.

Is it safe?+
Yes. You pay a fixed dollar amount, and the QR code fills in the details for you so you can’t send the wrong amount. And every order is backed by our guarantee: if it’s lost or never arrives, we reship it free or refund you in full.
Is it legal?+
Yes. Paying with digital currency is a normal, legal way to pay in the countries we ship to. It’s just a different way to send money — like using an app instead of a card.
I've never used crypto — is it hard?+
Not at all. If you can download an app and use your debit card, you can do this. Free apps like Cash App or Coinbase let you buy the exact amount in a couple of minutes, then you scan one QR code. And if you get stuck at any point, message us — a real person will walk you through it.
What if I send the wrong amount?+
The QR code sets the amount for you, so this almost never happens. And if it does — you send a little too much or too little — don’t worry. We’ll email you and make it right.
Why not just take my card?+
Two reasons. It keeps your order private — nothing about it shows up on a bank or card statement. And it lets us keep prices low by skipping card fees. We’re working on adding more ways to pay soon.
What if something goes wrong with my order?+
We’ve got you. If a package arrives damaged, gets lost, or the order isn’t right, we make it right — a free reshipment or a full refund. Most issues are sorted within a day.
